NMDOT seeks to develop a Resilience Improvement Plan to meet the requirements and cost share incentive of the PROTECT Formula Program. In alignment with the PROTECT program guidance and in support of the New Mexico Governor’s climate action initiative, NMDOT will build on the Resiliency 1.0 Study to integrate new data sources into the GIS-based analysis framework, apply likelihood and probability analysis, integrate guidance from FHWA Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Framework, and identify key priorities for each NMDOT district.

The 2022 (published 2023) Illinois DOT TAMP describes Illinois DOT's plans to use performance data to drive investment decisions that align with national transportation asset management initiatives. Notably, the newest iteration of IDOT's TAMP includes a new chapter on Performance Measures, Targets, and Trends.

The ADOT 2050 Long-Range Transportation Plan is currently in progress, and anticipated in 2023. The Arizona Department of Transportation is currently updating their Long Range Transportation Plan to provide a blueprint for the state's transportation system over the next 25 years. The plan will establish strategic priorities, goals, and objectives to guide ADOT's transportation investments.

The plan is currently in the "Public Outreach" phase. In-person public meetings and a virtual telephone town hall will be held in central, northern and southern Arizona in early Spring 2023.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows transportation infrastructure project teams to improve the overall quality of the planning and design of projects as well as more efficiently construct the project through improved planning, cost control, and automation, such as machine-guided equipment.

The TRB Cooperative Research Program's CRP Special Release 4: Lifecycle BIM for Infrastructure: A Business Case for Project Delivery and Asset Management focuses on the development of resources to support the adoption of BIM by highway agencies.

Supplemental to the report are an assessment matrix for Appendix E: BIM Maturity Matrix for Transportation Agencies, BIM multi-media materials, and video interviews.

This report describes an array of methods for establishing targets for performance-based management of the transportation system and provides guidelines on selecting and applying a target-setting method that is meaningful and appropriate for specific performance measures. The guide will be of interest to those at state departments of transportation (DOTs) and other transportation agencies who are responsible for performance management and performance reporting. Accompanying this guide is NCHRP Web-Only Document 358: Developing a Guide to Effective Methods for Setting Transportation Performance Targets, which documents the research and pilot and dissemination activities.

This is Kentucky's first Resilience Improvement Plan (RIP). It strives to identify vulnerabilities, develop risk-based strategies, and schedule and prioritize improvements. Kentucky's RIP serves as the baseline to
develop a more robust resilience planning program within the agency. As ongoing and future resilience planning activities are completed ,the Kentucky RIP will be updated.

This report is Alaska’s second Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP). The TAMP includes National Highway System (NHS) bridges and pavements only. As of July 2021, Alaska has 1,080 miles of Interstate and 1,148 miles of non-Interstate roads including 326 miles of unpaved non-Interstate NHS, which represents the nation’s only gravel roadways on the NHS. Alaska has 425 bridges on the NHS.

RIDOT's 2022 TAMP is their second. In the four years since Rhode Island DOT's first TAMP, RIDOT has reduced the percentage of poor condition NBI-NHS bridges in the state from 24 percent to 16 percent. The 2022 RIDOT TAMP documents the strategies that inform the development of a 10-year plan for asset management.

This is a Request for Proposal document from Delaware DOT to partner with a consultant to develop a Resilience Improvement Plan.

This knowledge explores initiatives undertaken by transit agencies across the country to improve diversity and inclusion within the industry. The report documents how these programs have evolved over the last 20 years and how they have been successful. In addition to the research report, this document also includes a toolkit and guidance for implementing diversity programs as well as a series of additional resources.
