The research developed a database system for pavement maintenance records within a highway agency.

This project explores the importance of preventive maintenance at airports, and produced a guidebook which presents preventive maintenance methodologies and implementation strategies.

A research project conducted to produce a guiide which establishes a systematic process by which an agency can determine targets and goals, develop and implement performance measures, and improve their decision-making process for highway asset maintenance.

Georgia's 2040 long range plan outlines the state investment policies for all modes of transportation. The plan analyzes and forecasts the transportation issues and investment needs facing the state over the next twenty-five years. It finishes with a set of strategic investment recommendations. Georgia's long range plan is currently being updated, with a final report anticipated by the end of 2020 which would extend the plan's vision to 2050.

This NCHRP Synthesis was designed to observe the impact of asset management in state highway agencies. The use of a self-assessment survey, followed by a second survey focused on state of practice and the agency's future, helped to evaluate the current influence of asset management and allowed for identification of future needs.

This research effort produced, for possible adoption by AASHTO, a guide which offers insight into tunnel management with a focus on effective, efficient preservation practices.
