2022 Conference on Scenario Planning

This conference will include a number of workshops and sessions presenting ideas and state of the practice applications from across different sectors and policy areas in the area of scenario planning. While many organizations have been using scenario planning to predict the impacts of new technologies, extreme weather events, and new mobility needs and demands, the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need to make its use more ubiquitous across the transportation industry. This conference will bring together practitioners and build on the foundation established by their work and the 2016 TRB conference – Use of Scenario Planning in Transportation Planning.
