Automated Road Transportation Symposium
Leaders from around the world gather at the Automated Road Transportation Symposium (ARTS) to share ideas and discuss the opportunities and challenges of automating road transportation. This year, the symposium is focusing on how research can be engaged to enable progress over the next 1.5 to 2 years on critical topics. Such topics include: freight, transit commercialization, passenger car commercialization, safety assurances, security, sustainability and climate impacts, digital and physical infrastructure, and legislation for AV use. The program features breakout sessions in the broad areas of policy, operations, and safety, with numerous options for different presentations and speakers.
