Virginia is in its fifth round of using the SMART SCALE prioritization process to screen and score transportation projects of any mode. Join this session to learn how the multimodal evaluation process addresses safety, congestion, accessibility, economic development, environmental quality, and land use. We’ll also take a deeper dive into how VDOT has used accessibility analysis tools to support SMART SCALE.
