Slides from a webinar conducted by TRB on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM ET that provided information about developing a Transportation Asset Management Plan that is compliant with the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). This webinar also discussed incorporating risk into investment decisions and how to align an organization to support asset management by building organizational buy-in and defining roles and responsibilities.
