Effective Travel Time and Freight Reliability Target Setting Methods

In the second web-based workshop of the six-part series on effective methods for setting transportation performance targets, the research team will share their findings for travel time and freight target-setting. This event will include an overview of the methods available and commonly, and it will feature a discussion of the key challenges and considerations for these two performance areas. The State DOTs which took part in pilot studies for the guidebook will share their experiences with performance-risk analysis modeling.
