Effective Methods for Setting Travel Time and Freight Reliability Targets


In this workshop, the NCHRP 23-07 research team share their findings setting travel time and freight reliability targets. This event includes an overview of the methods available and commonly used. It features discussion of the key challenges and considerations for these two performance areas, and two state DOTs (Iowa DOT and Virginia DOT), which took part in pilot studies for the guidebook, share their experiences with performance-risk analysis modeling.
