In order to help transportation agencies better understand TPM federal regulations and requirements, USDOT and FHWA have created the video series, "TPM Essentials." This video focuses on the CMAQ performance measures: annual hours of peak hour excessive delay per capita (PHED), percent of non-single occupancy vehicle (SOV) travel, and total emissions reduction.
