This online instructor-led course familiarizes transportation agencies with the performance-based planning and programming (PBPP) framework. Participants will leave this two-day course with an understanding of how to effectively apply performance management principles with the PBPP process, how to connect PBPP with other performance management activities, and how to assess and learn from other agencies' PBPP processes.
