Effective Methods for Setting Transportation Performance Targets, Part 1

This workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to learn about effective methods for setting transportation performance targets, based on the results of National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 23-07. The workshop will provide opportunities to engage with peers from around the country and learn from other agencies about target setting practices.

PART 1 will highlight analytic methods for setting targets for the national performance measures (safety, infrastructure condition, travel time and freight reliability, and congestion measures), including information on different types of methods, procedures for applying methods, issues to consider, and examples of different methods.
