Biography
Jack Smith P.E. is the Assistant Planning/Asset Management Engineer for the North Dakota Department of Transportation. He is responsible for the Department’s Performance Management, Asset Management, and Data Management programs areas. These programs encompass the Department’s Transportation Asset Management Plan, Highway Performance Monitoring System Reporting, Traffic Data collection and reporting, and both Federal and State Performance Measure reporting. Jack tries to keep busy with work and raising his 9-year-old son because when left to his own devices he spends far too much time and money painting miniature soldiers for his tabletop wargaming habit.
