Jannine Miller

Biography
Ms. Miller was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp as GDOT’s Director of Planning, serving alongside Commissioner Russell McMurry since June 2020. She is responsible for GDOT’s short- term and long-range planning and investment strategy, with a focus on freight infrastructure, data-driven outcome-based project selection, EV charging deployment, and P3s. Prior to GDOT, Ms. Miller served as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Senior Advisor to the U.S. Agriculture Secretary, and in various other roles in state government and private sector during her more than two-decade-long career.
