Biography
Mshadoni Smith-Jackson, Ph.D. is the Team Leader for the Performance and Asset Management Team at Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). She manages the Transportation Performance Management (TPM) and Asset Management programs including rulemaking, Performance Management Form (PMF), TAMP recertification and consistency determinations, as well as guidance and technical assistance development. She received her undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University and her doctorate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has lived in 7 states (Virginia twice it was so nice) and currently calls metro DC home, She is an avid tennis player and reader of science-fiction.
