Biography
Aubrey Gunnels is a Manager in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Transformation practice. She has 8 years of public sector consulting experience working with state and local public stewards on tackling ecosystem-wide challenges. Aubrey works with infrastructure and transportation clients to develop governance, innovation, and financial strategies to develop communities for more sustainable, equitable, and healthy futures. Aubrey currently leads Deloitte's Sustainable Infrastructure offering, working to connect federal funds to innovative solutions in support of long-term goals. Previously, she has experience across the nation leading development and execution of Deloitte’s Smart Cities program and future of mobility practice for State Departments of Transportation. Aubrey is passionate about transforming public sector ecosystems to make complex systems more reliable, sustainable, and efficient. She has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from London Business School. In her free time, Aubrey does amateur stand up comedy about infrastructure and math.
