William Johnson

Biography
William Johnson is the Performance and Asset Management Branch Manager, a position he has held since 2013 at the Colorado DOT. As the Branch Manager, William leads CDOT's performance measures and asset management programs by providing tools to effectively measure, analyze, forecast and communicate to staff and stakeholders the performance of Colorado's transportation programs, processes and investment decisions. Over his nearly 23 year career at CODT, William has also served as the GIS Data Management Section Manager, Data Management Unit Manager, and a Mobility Planner where he developed and maintained congestion management models for use in statewide planning and budget allocation. William earned a BA in Land Use from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and an MS in Management from Colorado State University Global.
