Safety, System PerformanceThis report gathers and presents information from airports across the country on their Airport Emergency Plans (AEPs). These plans and the related practices help to define the roles of different stakeholders during emergencies, identify potential threats to the airport, and establish protocols for communication in the event of an emergency. In this report, case studies from seven airports are presented highlighting their successful practices and lessons learned. The airports are: Charlotte Douglas International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, McCarran International Airport, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Boulder City Municipal Airport, and Centennial Airport.

All of the performance measures support the WSDOT strategic plan. For each performance measure, the dashboard contains information on how successful WSDOT was in achieving their established goal, how it is measured, some background information, and visualizations of their progress over time. The WSDOT dashboard is also notable for its incorporation of diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics as well as workforce development goals.
