Biography
Denise is a nearly 18-year veteran of the Oregon DOT, starting her career at the agency in 2003 as a transportation economist before being promoted to information strategist in 2014 and to her current position as strategic data program manager is 2016. She is a graduate of Portland State University, holding a bachelor of science in the field economics.
