Biography
Ryan Huff is the Chief Strategy Officer at the Nebraska DOT (NDOT) where he manages NDOT's planning and performance activities. This includes managing teams that work on carbon reduction, electric vehicle infrastructure, data analytics, performance management, grants, freight planning, economic development, and operational excellence. He serves as the chair of coordinating subcommittee on Professional Development and Technical Services for the Committee on Performance Based Management. He also is a member of various other AASHTO committees. Ryan holds a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska. In his spare time, he likes to cook, play with his kids, and exercise.
